Shipping
After payment is received, orders usually will ship within 2 to 5 business days. During show season it might take a couple of days more.
For special orders or items that are not in stock or sold out please allow 2 to 5 weeks to be crafted. Contact me for a more specific turnaround time as this varies depending on existing orders.
Orders will be shipped insured via USPS. A tracking number will be provided. At the moment I only ship within the US.
All orders are insured while in transit until delivery. When the package is delivered, defined as signed for, left at mailbox, door, porch, front desk or management office the package and its contents is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Please contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship items back within 7 days of delivery.
I cannot accept returns on customized, special orders or sales
Cost of shipment from and to the studio are non refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
Item must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect, unworn condition.
